Our Company

Sylacauga Land Surveying is a marketing website for Tucker Engineering, LLC, an Alabama Land Surveying and Civil Engineering company authorized and licensed to practice statewide. Tucker Engineering is owned and operated by Donald “Don” Tucker, PE, PLS 21862. Tucker Engineering, LLC holds Certificates of Authorization to practice Land Surveying (CA 810) and Engineering (CA 3260) in the State of Alabama.

* Preparing a job estimate is not an exact science. Our initial estimate and provided contract will be based on some assumptions about the condition of the land, based on our review of aerial images and/or deeds furnished and our years of experience. If we see any major issues upon closer inspection of the property that will prevent us from meeting our estimated fees, we will immediately notify you and negotiate a fee sufficient to complete the work. If we are not able to negotiate a mutually agreeable fee, we will gladly return any retainer that has been paid.
